Shashin has represented the US at the North American Olympic Trials in New York and Toronto, the World University Championships in Slovenia, ITTF Pro Tours in Sweden and China, and international junior tournaments in Taiwan, Sweden, and the US. He has finished in first place in various events at the US Open, US Nationals, US Open Team Championships, Junior Olympics, and Junior Nationals.
Shodhan is the head coach for the junior program at FTTC. The timings for the junior program are Saturdays from 2 PM - 4 PM and Sundays from 4-6 PM.
He been learned from some of the world's and US' best coaches and has also learned from his own table-tennis adventures over the past 20 years. He has been to Sweden for extended periods 6 times, China for extended periods 5 times, Germany once for 3 months, and Taiwan twice.
